A recent Parentmail announcement from the Diocese, Local Authority and Chair of Governors cleared the Governing Body of any poor conduct during the process for appointing a head teacher. This effectively nullified the scores of complaints that parents submitted. It also ignored the calls from parents and governors for an independent inquiry. A rebuttal to this announcement will be posted on this website in the next few days. There will also be more details of what really happened during the process.
